“The room is superb! Comfortable and clean! I arrived at around 10:30pm at night, their restaurant kitchen had already closed. It was so surprising that they arranged a complimentary sandwich (warm and fresh) to my room after my check-in. This isn't about money but their hospitality to their customers! I really appreciate it. The kitchen and its fridge are clean. I love the little balcony which is so home-like and comfortable in the morning when you got up or just relaxing after dinner time! ……

“酒店很新，服务很好，早餐丰富。可惜的是房间电源故障，严重影响睡眠。我们的航班晚点，半夜办理入住，本来期望好好睡一觉，结果走廊和卫生间的两个灯无论如何都关不上，拔了房卡关闭全部电源也没用，糟糕的是卫生间的墙是半透明的，房间很亮，拿了面巾纸当眼罩，勉强睡了三个小时，感觉不好，扣分。”

“Exceptional customer service, very slick shuttle service from the airport. Everything was wonderful except the only complaint is waiting over an hour for our evening meal. I understand that the staff need to eat too ( all the staff disappeared for at least 20 minutes) but as we were the only ones ordering food in the restaurant we would have appreciated being kept informed that there was going to be a delay especially as we had an early flight the next day. ”
