“ We had a wonderful time staying with Joan and his family. They were there to answer all our questions. The rooms were very clean and modern, the AC worked well, and it was spacious. He even offered us in room massage service for 200.000 vnd an hour - this was amazing !! Also the view from the balancing is AMAZING as advertised ! ”

“Out of everywhere we stayed during our two-week trip around Vietnam, Happy Tam Coc Ecolodge was hands down the best. The property is stunning—surrounded by towering limestone cliffs and lush greenery, it feels peaceful and secluded, yet still super close to everything. Bich Dong Pagoda is just a five-minute walk away, and most tourist spots are only a short scooter ride. What really made the stay special was Lily. She was so kind and helpful the entire time—genuinely one of the nicest hosts……

“Beautiful homestay with the most lovely staff. The rooms are new and modern, the walls are thick and quiet, the ac works great, the bathrooms are spa like, and the views are really nice. Rice paddies all the hills are all around. The location is just a ten minute walk into town which means its still near everything but is quiet. The wifi wqs fast and reliable for remote work. There were 4 other ppl besides us all working remotely. The breakfast is very nice with an omlet station, fresh juices……

“The hotel is excellent. It's 1.8km from the town city and around 10km from Tam Coc. The town is very safe and well lit. We rented a bike and had no issues at all. There are a few convenience stores around, but you need to go into town for a decent coffee. The hotel manager is excellent and very helpful. Breakfast pho is superb. It is situated next to a field on a quiet road. It is peaceful and very clean. Highly recommended.”

“1.BaiDinh飯店熱水有待加強，住宿的第一天使用三至五分鐘即無熱水可用，第二天狀況有改善，設備應加強與更新。2.因熱水器缺失，從二樓換至一樓，依然出現同樣問題，但員工對於熱水器缺失不以為意，表示因為使用不當或過度，並非設備缺失，態度不佳，疑似以越南文與其同事抱怨。3.BaiDinh飯店與BaiDinh古剎寺宇比鄰，如有安排同名園區的行程，建議入住此飯店，約三點五小時可以飽覽周遭景色，如行程於下午二至三時開始，更能享受百萬夜景。”

“Nice spacious bungalow tucked away at the base of the escarpment. Used the dip pool to cool off and whilst lying on the loungers we were treated to the sights and sounds of mountain goats and wild birds. Breakfast is a varied assortment of soup, fried foods, sweet treats, fruits, juice and coffee. All of the team are friendly, attentive and keen to assist with whatever you need. Dragon mountain is walkable and Trang An biat station is a short bike ride.”

“We (family of four (2 + 2 adult children)) stayed for 2 nights in June. Location: hotel is located away from the main tourist area and so nowhere is walkable. The hotel does have bicycles free to use which we took to cycle through some rice fields to a local village (few km round trip and flat). Rooms: large and clean. Bathrooms the same. Still with small towels - like the rest of Vietnam hotels it seems. Pool was lovely - water warm, large towels provided and drinks available. Restaurant -……

“I wanted to share a unique and uncommon help by Nia and the rest of the staff. She went far above and beyond to help me. Upon arrival to the property, Expedia had not informed them of the booking. They were sold out and had no room. Nia made calls immediately to the nearby properties, secured a room, called for a taxi AND paid for it!! What service. I was totally blown away. Her service raises the bar for everyone in hospitality. ”

“The hotel room is basic but clean. Location is a bit far from the train station but they can arrange a bus ride back to Hanoi. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful.”

“Amazing home stay, family really nice and helpful, laundry service really good, the only negative for us was we needed to get a taxi to places as not walking distance. He did have bikes that could be used however this is not something we felt safe doing with the busy roads.”
