The ice-cream treat was appreciated after arriving back from our tour. The buffet breakfast included in tariff was a welcome before making our way to the airport. Finally I need to pay CHF210.- to change to a very small room with private bathroom but without any facilities!!!!!!! No air conditioning, no kitchen, no fridge.......”
