“rooms do not hv double glazed window, so can hear all noise from the street. one of he heaters was not wotking, no access to hotel internet in the room. hotel was full of tour groups, so bft was full abd pacjed. they were nights that no meals were served to individual other than those groups. ”

“Beautiful hotel with very friendly & helpful staff. They helped us with every question we had about the area and made us feel at home. Everything about the room down to the small details were wonderful, they held our luggage for free, helped us request taxis, and even helped direct us to a pharmacy when we needed one on short notice.”

“The hotel room and bathroom is big enough for 3 of us but the daily cleaning is not ideal. I still can see some hair and dust still on the floor. Moreover, the housekeeper won’t refill the amenities automatically even she notice that it is no more.”

“I am from HK & I was asking for refund (even for 30%) due to coronavirus but the hotel rejected. I understood this is the hotel policy but I do think there should be exceptional case under this extreme situation. Quite disappointed as other countries hotel are willing to refund full or partial refund in this case.”
