“Due to an emergency trip to Loma Linda, I found that Candlewood Suites was the best place that was down the street from the hospital. Marco was such a blessing when I checked in. He was also working the following evening when my sister came and needed an extra parking pass. He was not only spot on with customer service, but was very empathetic when he learned of the passing of my sibling who had been at the hospital. I would recommend this hotel to anyone”

“這次出差住了三週，我們訂了七間房，有些房間少了浴室浴簾，有些少了一顆枕頭，有些少了垃圾桶，總之就看你的運氣。房間裡有個廚房可以自己料理，算是一個優點，只是裡面什麼廚具都沒有，需要自己去附近的賣場採購。旅館並不會定時來清潔，但一樓有付費洗衣機，床單被單枕頭套或毛巾都可以自己拿下去洗，掃具要跟櫃檯借，櫃檯不是24小時，進門需要刷卡，以安全考量來說還算不錯。”
