“When I was searching for a location to stay for my daughter's wedding this one was perfectly centered for all her venues in Wilmington the listing was perfect and the amenities were as stated. Clean and very welcoming. As people saw it they said wow this accommodation are bougie! I heard that several times. Definitely a beautiful location and if you want to drink just go downstairs to the bar or if you want coffee or across the street. Definitely will return and we'll use this location again”

“My adult daughter and I booked this for a weekend trip to Wilmington around a concert at the Live Oak Bank Pavillion and we loved it! The apartment/condo was clean and super cute! We parked on Friday night and walked all weekend. We're in easy distance of the Cotton Exchange, River Walk and the concert venue. Great food and drinks everywhere we went, super nice people in the neighborhood. 12/10 would stay here again!!!”

“It looks small on the outside but there was plenty of room for all 8 of us. My husband and I stayed in a king room upstairs and our boys took the other king room upstairs. That way we for could share the upstairs bathroom with our kids. My sister-in-law and her family took the downstairs. Tonya provided so many things! “This house was amazing! There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and be comfortable. It was within easy walking distance to restaurants, brewers, and shopping. We were there for the marathon and it was an easy walk to and from the finish line for participants and spectators alike. Would highly recommend to anyone looking in the Wilmington area!”

“Our trip was amazing. The Loft was a bit confusing to find until we recieved the text with the final details. The loft was beautiful and the area rich in local businesses. We walked for coffee and breakfast each morning and enjoyed local shops and food. If there has to be any negative at all, there is a bar close by and it gets a bit loud but nothing over the top. Otherwise 10/10! ”
