“The checkin was quick. The room was spacious and clean. Everything worked. There was plenty of soap and towels. The bed was unusually comfortable, and the free breakfast was outstanding with many hot and cold choices and everything was fresh. All in all a pleasant stay.”

“The room was fine. The facilities were fine. No problems. The staff - I called for a late checkin (noon) and they said that was fine. Then at 11:19 a cleaning lady knocked. I said, "I need a few minutes. I'm not dressed" and she kept trying to come in. I yelled that I wasn't dressed and she opened the door (the chain was on) and she kept yelling at me that it was after 11. I was almost completely naked and i kept yelling that I'm not dressed and I got a late check out. I was mortified. She just……

“Pet friendly - we brought well behaved dog and parrot. The fenced back. Yard was great for pet. Close to downtown and crystal bridges. ”

“Excellent choice for a small group of mountain bikers (there were 4 of us). Right near the Applegate trailhead. Can take the bike path right over to Coler. Close to downtown for food and entertainment. This one's on our list for future visits.”

“The property is just as it’s listed. Wonderful place to stay, great communication with the host, and we loved everything about it. We utilized the private patio every night. It was very quiet and included a wonderful waterfall garden area. We hope to be back in Bentonville and will definitely book this stay again!”
