“It was a pretty sketchy location. Off the beaten path with tons of "long term" occupants hanging out in the door way. Arrived at 1:30 am, so that seemed odd. It took about 30 min to check in because we had to wait on a desk clerk to arrive, and I was already exhausted. The entire facility smelled like Bourbon Street in the summer. Floors were sticky. It was just gross.”
