“Hotel well located in Bentonville, within walking to the town square, 5 min, with a lot of eating opportunities, and 2min to the trail to the museum, 15min walk. The hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and large with excellent bath facilities. Only issue encountered was being served "cold" eggs, sausage and grits each morning. Dinner was very good. Would stay again, but eat breakfast in town, which we did on day 3!”

“From the friendly clerk at the desk to our check out 2 days later, everything went smoothly and couldn’t have been better. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and fresh. We would definitely stay here again. As for the people complaining about breakfast, we found that what they had put out was very good and fresh. No complaints from us there. ”

“The room is big and clean. The location is near the town. The breakfast is good enough for business trip. Free wifi speed is good. There is free black and white printer in the lobby for your business.”

“The room was fine. The facilities were fine. No problems. The staff - I called for a late checkin (noon) and they said that was fine. Then at 11:19 a cleaning lady knocked. I said, "I need a few minutes. I'm not dressed" and she kept trying to come in. I yelled that I wasn't dressed and she opened the door (the chain was on) and she kept yelling at me that it was after 11. I was almost completely naked and i kept yelling that I'm not dressed and I got a late check out. I was mortified. She just……
