“I like it when I'm surprised. We arrived in Bentonville late and reserved the room without first inspecting the hotel. It was wonderful! Friendly staff and very accommodating to our requests and needs. Great bathroom with excellent water pressure, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. This is a property I will return to next time I'm traveling through Arkansas. If you're looking for a reasonably priced hotel you can trust, you've found it! ”

“ We took a family trip to Bentonville, Arkansas to enjoy the mountain biking, Crystal Bridges Museum, downtown Bentonville, and the natural beauty in NW Arkansas. At the Comfort Inn, there was adequate parking for vehicles. We have a large SUV with a bike rack. We used the pool and took advantage of the breakfast included. The hot tub was broken during our stay, but the pool was clean and refreshing. The breakfast is okay. The coffee is hot, but it out of a dispenser and not brewed coffee. The……

“The room was fine. The facilities were fine. No problems. The staff - I called for a late checkin (noon) and they said that was fine. Then at 11:19 a cleaning lady knocked. I said, "I need a few minutes. I'm not dressed" and she kept trying to come in. I yelled that I wasn't dressed and she opened the door (the chain was on) and she kept yelling at me that it was after 11. I was almost completely naked and i kept yelling that I'm not dressed and I got a late check out. I was mortified. She just……

“The staff and the rooms were perfect for what I needed. Everyone is super friendly and easy to deal with. I did not eat breakfast there as I brought my own knowing I wanted more than just the basics but coffee and water were offered all the time which was really nice. I felt very safe as a solo traveler, and it really felt my needs as it was close to all of the Bentonville amenities”
