“I chose this place because it's more affordable and has elevators since I knew I'd be traveling with multiple pieces of luggage, but when we arrived, they told us the elevator was down and had a guy help carry the luggage for us. The next morning we had to carry them on our own, and it was very inconvenient. Wifi was extremely slow; we couldn't really use it. We had to stay up for an hour trying to get it fixed. “This is a family-owned enterprise and it clearly shows in the fine details. Everything was clean, not just the rooms. The hallway was clean. The hotel kitchen for breakfast was clean. The elevator, pool, even the parkinglot was clean! At one point, while outside, I saw the owner's father was milling around checking on the plants and pool, making sure everything was in perfect order.
