“Although the property is somewhat older. The room was comfortable. We were able to check in early. Breakfast was fine with many choices. Property located across the street from the beach .Carlsbad village is close by and there are many dining choices. Staff are pleasant and helpful.”

“This hotel is located right next to the beach and many other great restaurants in town. However, the facilities are dated: the bed will move, not enough tables in the room, dishes are not thoroughly cleaned and really really thin wall. You have to walk down to the lobby if you wish to borrow a hair dryer. Although my reservation clearly indicated that "breakfast included", all they had was some fruits and cookies. The lady at the reception desk in the morning was really unfriendly, she did not……

The property manager Cheryl was very helpful. Washing machine was not working and she ensured we had an alternate way to have laundry done. ”

“This house was amazing. Check in was a breeze and the property manager, Gregory, was so helpful in answering any questions and amming sure our stay was everything we wanted. The views are breathtaking! There was plenty of room for all 8 of us. The backyard was so cool. We had a cute patio set with an umbrella so we could sit outside and watch the ocean. There was a gas fire pit to turn on at night to watch the sunsets. The beach was right across the street so access to it was so easy. There is……

“We were looking for a nice place that would host our family over the Christmas holidays which is exactly what we got. Our host was very responsive and available whenever we needed him, which we didn't which says a lot for how his home and the process is managed. We met several of the neighbors who were very friendly. I would highly recommend this place. ”
