“I was comfortable plus the room had a frig and microwave which was nice. The tv was setup for streaming but I would rather have cable or satellite.”

“This hotel is located right next to the beach and many other great restaurants in town. However, the facilities are dated: the bed will move, not enough tables in the room, dishes are not thoroughly cleaned and really really thin wall. You have to walk down to the lobby if you wish to borrow a hair dryer. Although my reservation clearly indicated that "breakfast included", all they had was some fruits and cookies. The lady at the reception desk in the morning was really unfriendly, she did not……

“The property is very nice and clean. Staff is accommodating, helpful and a smile on everyone’s face. They even have fresh baked cookies from 8 to 9pm. Soft and delicious. If I had to find something wrong is that the lobby and also hallways were kind of warm/humid when we checked in. Other than that everything is great ”

“We celebrated our anniversary and stayed at the Tamarack Beach hotel, this was such a great location. We had a beautiful beach view, we were walking distance to the beach and restaurants. This is my go to spot while staying in Carlsbad. ”
