“The hotel has ample supplies of toiletries, coffee, water and the towels were top of the line and beddings. The room was very clean and spacious specially the bathroom, better than some 4-5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. The staff were very happy to serve. They always answer the phone everytime you call the desk, and service is very prompt. The location is in the middle of residential area, makes it hard to find for some taxis and the hotel is new. I’ll give it a 10/10.”

“働いてる人はいい人たち。 洗濯物干して出かける際は、伝えれば雨のときしまってくれる。 シャワー冷たかったけど、南国だからまだいい。 貴重品は自己管理。”

“Quite and pleasant stay”

“Comfortable and laid-back environment, rich and delicious breakfast, especially with fruit, you can see a lot of beautiful coral reef with snorkeling, there are many sea urchins, starfish, anemones, tropical fish and turtles.”

“Spacious room”

“This hotel is brand new with 3 floors but no elevator. The location is walking distance to the attractions, and located in a quiet place. They have 24 hrs reception and security people. Room is small and simple with TV, hot shower. The only thing is the wall was too thin and could hear about the noise of sleeping from next room. I stayed there on 25th Dec, and they give me a sweet gift which is really sweet. Recommend to stay with RANA.”

“The hotel don't existe. I made a reservation for 19 20 january, but the hotel change the name and the boss on the 1 january . I contact booking yesterday. They said me to inform me in 24 hours about to pay the money back to me. Until now , no reaction or answer. Normaly i have never problems with the site booking. Let us see, if i will get my money back. And i must find the last moment a new hotel room and that on the weekend , on which was celebrated the Sinulog Festival, the biggest……

“The receptionist was friendly and informative. Exciting and fun experience in this hostel. Had opportunity to mingle foreign people and make friends. You can even sing your heart out for a drink. Cool idea! Worth our stay with my friend.”

“The hotel is too old and nearly broken. The water faucet is broken, water pressure is not acceptable. There is no hair dryer or clean flip flop for customers. Their blanket is too thin and small that is not even enough for one person, let alone a double bed size. The only good thing is their rooms are spacious.”
