“All i got to say was it worth the money. When i enter my room, theres already a roomate, he/she was not in the room but the entire chamber smells like someone poured a whole bottle of whiskey The air conditioner might not working and the sheets was not cleaned enough. Other than that, everthing is good so far. My opinion, it is a place for temporary stop with limitation.”

“This place was exactly as pictured. The owner went out of his way to help us check in early and took good care of everything from start to finish. The location is perfect, close to excellent restaurants and attractions and public transportation. We ran the air conditioning for most of our stay, which worked beautifully in cooling the place, but also kept any noise from our ears. The building feels very secure. “The end of the bed is RIGHT by the front door, but tbh, it didn't hinder the charm and coziness of this place. Yeah it's a bit cramped, but we weren't in NYC to stay in our room. We loved that is was right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the city. So many bodegas and pizza places and other food stops to browse within walking distance. The host gave very simple instructions on how to find the place and get into the apartment. We had a wonderful time here. We have absolutely nothing……
