“All i got to say was it worth the money. When i enter my room, theres already a roomate, he/she was not in the room but the entire chamber smells like someone poured a whole bottle of whiskey The air conditioner might not working and the sheets was not cleaned enough. Other than that, everthing is good so far. My opinion, it is a place for temporary stop with limitation.”

“Loved the location of the hotel. Heading east on 46th st, there were a lot of nighttime bars, restaurants, breakfast options, pizza places which was so convenient. Area felt super safe. Vanessa and the guy who check people in/out were nice. If you want to check in early, there is a $30 fee. If you are taking big luggage(s), be prepared to carry up flight of stairs, as there is no elevator. Microwave, ice, coffee is available on the main floor. The room itself was nice. The bed was comfy, as well……

“Charming apartment in great location. Only noise issue was the building’s front doors slamming each time somebody walked in and out of the building ”

“This unit was Perfect. Allia the property manger was very helpful and informative. Was little concerned about the area but it ended up being in a great neighborhood near many Restaurants 2 blocks up. If we hadn’t had a 4 year old we would have walked everywhere. Ubers and taxis were easy. The Mercedes House is an huge apartment complex but very safe and friendly. They have a front desk person at all times for help . And a small market right next to the building. Perfect for families that……
