“I did some research online before booking at The Branson Towers Hotel. The key factors in making my decision to book there were the pricepoint, all the positive reviews I read and them having all the amenities that we were looking for. “The way they number their rooms is a little weird. So if you request a ground floor room, it may be on the second floor. This happened to me but the front desk clerk was kind enough to switch my room to one that was actually on the ground floor. There were a few things wrong in the room, there was no stopper in the sink and I could not get the large shower head to work but thankfully the handheld shower head worked. “We had a wonderful stay at Comfort In and Suites on Gretna Rd. We had a little issue with checking in, but once they found our reservation number things were great. The queen bed was kinda comfy but the full size bed in the same room was way too hard on the back. The shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. All of the employees were very nice, took the time to really talk with you. The hotel is very well kept, and you saw employees constantly cleaning. We are looking forward to our next……
