“The room is extremely small and the bed is also very small. I booked a king size bed and was given a double bed. My child could only sleep on the floor. No one came to change the bath towels in our room. The accommodation experience was extremely poor.”

“It's tougher to find hotels that don't require valet, which makes it more difficult to leave on a whim to explore. This place has probably seen better days, and the restaurant in front has closed--understandable given the recent events. I hope they work on the elevators a little more. On the plus side, the bathroom was one of the best laid out I've seen and a very nice shower.”
