“My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The house is very accommodating and has a lot to offer. We visited the animals of Buffalo Creek and it was a good time. We went to Berm Park and Maggie Valley, which are less than a 30-minute drive away. I have a few minor complaints: the beds are not comfortable in our opinion, there were cobwebs throughout the house, the grass had not been cut, and the backyard could use a routine spraying of insecticide. I would still highly recommend staying here……

“This stay was for my son’s high school graduation. He loves all things trains. We have stayed in many caboose cars across the country. This is by far the nicest we have stayed in. It has everything you need. It is modern, but has kept an authentic feel. He had a blast being able to utilize the cupola. The fact that it is on a Buffalo ranch is an added plus. He also enjoyed the Agapeland model train layout. Thank you to the guys who opened it up and allowed him to enjoy your collection. We will……

“We stayed one night prior to dropping daughter off to a nearby summer camp. Loved the property and the caboose was perfect for the two of us! Haywood cafe down the street has the best coconut cream pie!”

“The front desk was very accommodating with our need for a room close to handicap parking. I forgot my overnight bag and he was very helpful with supplies. Breakfast was nice and pleasant. Cons: A few small roaches, and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. We will come again. Thank you”
