“It was a great area, convenient. There is construction around there but not too bad. Did have issues with the AC twice but easily contacted the owner and it was done. Other small issues occurred but was solved on a timely manner. Would stay there again!”

“Nice location and layout of the apartment, perfect for the three of us who had places to be most of the time. Large balcony with a great view. Some clothes hangers and a kitchen towel or two would have been nice. The coffee maker doesn’t work right because the glass pot is a different brand and it doesn’t fit.”

“I arrived to Washington DC after a cancelled flight, the host was so accommodative to ease the check-in procedure. Also the unit was spacious for the three of us and all what we needed was in the unit including air filter, iron board and extra mattress. The unit was clean but we wished that the balcony was more tidy and clean. The host was available even in last moment to help with the door lock.”

“We visited the Washington DC area for 10 days, and this was a great location to base out of. Most days we utilized Uber for transportation in and out of DC - it was all very close. The property seemed to be in a very safe area, with a couple of grocery stores and a Costco close by. The apartment was clean, and had all the things we needed to be comfortable. We used the exercise facility in the basement every morning. Overall, we loved it, and we would have no hesitation booking this location……

“The location was perfect for us in Arlington and convenient to be able to walk to things, like Whole Foods and other shopping. The place itself could have been cleaner--I noticed dusty baseboards and there was a loofah in the shower from a previous guest. Also just be aware that the apartment is sparsely appointed and we got two partial rolls of toilet paper for our stay. The property manager does communicate about only providing supplies for one day. ”
