“The Bridgestreet Acadia is a new condominium complex in a very nice area. The rooms are well appointed, and even have a washer dryer. The building is within walking distance of the Metro, a Whole Foods supermarket, numerous restaurants, and extensive shopping. The rooms are very nicely appointed. Highly recommended.”

So you show up with your paid reservation and realize that you are on your own in a huge building, with a receptionist who just has an envelope for you, with NO ability to help you.
