“Staff were kind and helpful, across all areas (front desk, housekeeping, in the restaurant/bar). Literally my only complaint is that the card readers in the elevators were too low, and made you have to ask people to move out of the way so you could scan your key card to select your floor. Other than that, we enjoyed everything about our stay.”
