I would recommend that the cleaning company clean the lint from dryer regularly - it was very full which is a fire risk. The checking process needs some fine tuning - they use a service that starts with AI……

“The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, with plenty of sleeping arrangements for our family. The only thing that made me a little nervous was that we didnt get check-in information until the day of. They responded well to my inquiries, but still did not provide me any details until the day of. When you are traveling from out of state, it's a little nerve-wracking. I also wish they provided a little more towels and toulet paper, knowing we were booking for 5 people. The location was……

“The location was perfect for us in Arlington and convenient to be able to walk to things, like Whole Foods and other shopping. The place itself could have been cleaner--I noticed dusty baseboards and there was a loofah in the shower from a previous guest. Also just be aware that the apartment is sparsely appointed and we got two partial rolls of toilet paper for our stay. The property manager does communicate about only providing supplies for one day. ”
