Here's a short and professional version of your message: --- We chose this hotel based on the advertised 24-hour airport shuttle, but despite calling multiple times, no service was provided and we had to arrange our own transport and after arrival at the hotel I realized they were ignoring the customers calls in the front desk. Upon arrival, we also found a dead snake on the ground-level roof visible from our balcony, which was unsettling. Photos are available if needed. Rest……
