The mini fridge kept our beverages cool and the wall heater made our stay toasty. “With this price, this convenient location in downtown and trendy renovation, it is a good value of money. It does not have AC but having the fan on the ceiling, it’s good coz SF can be quite windy at times. With cable car terminal, restaurant, Macy’s and LV on the same street makes it very convenient. I took the cable car to the Pier 39 and I did enjoy it very much. There is a ramen place at the corner, which is very good. I went there twice in three days.”

“I stayed at this hotel for several days and expected a good experience, but it fell short. There were two main issues: Inconsistent Information: When I checked in, I confirmed certain details multiple times, but three staff members gave me three different answers! One was very firm in saying "no," while another later said "yes." This inconsistency forced me to pay for an extra day. The lack of follow-through on their promises was extremely frustrating.
