“The room was damp and had a musty smell.I saw a living cockroach on the floor of the bathroom,which made me feel very sick.It was a bad stay experience.”

“This hotel lied about their rooms online and in person. They did a classic bait and switch leaving me with no place to stay when in Miami Beach. I reserved a room with 2 beds and was given a room with one. Did not receive what I paid for. Hotel is old and smelly. Overpriced and mismanaged. ”

“The pictures online included pictures from another property. No hot water in the bathroom and kitchen sinks. The bedside lamp turns on and off by plugging the lamp into the wall. Windows are glass block, blocking the ally view, but allowing some sunlight in. The unit was inexpensive, clean, functional and quiet once inside. Location was great.”
