“The Balfour was a great experience for myself & fiance over the past weekend. The staff was knowledgeable and nice overall. “The management is great, they fixed all issues we had and answered all questions. The apartment had a good kitchen, with enough kitchenware and utensils to do simple cooking. The beds are very comfortable. There were beach chairs and towels available. The location is great, one block from the beach and next to a walgreens. Four blocks away is a great supermarket, a publix. The unit could do with a livingroom table. The water pressure in the shower is very low.”

“This is in THE BEST location for Art Deco landmarks, 2 blocks from best of the beach. one block from Washington Trolley, 4 blocks from the channel and South Pointe Park.
