“The hotel has been renovated, and the room facilities are very new and clean. However, for non-smokers like us, the hallway has a strong smell of smoke, despite the “No Smoking” sign at the entrance. The soundproofing of the rooms is not very good. On the positive side, the breakfast is plentiful, and the staff are very friendly!”

“I would like to mention the girl who works at the front desk, Kenesha. She went above and beyond to help us. We had a very early morning flight and we were exhausted when we got to the Wingate. Kenesha promised us that she would call us as soon as a room became avaliable. And she did. We are so appreciative. Its so nice to see someone who offers such great customer service. “I was only there for one night, but from the moment I called for the shuttle and arrived, I was treated like a VIP! Mr. D absolutely deserves a shoutout—he was an outstanding shuttle host.
