“Loved the location near the lake. Easy to get to town and RMNP. Had everything we needed. Appreciated the firewood and stocked kitchen. Beds were comfy too. ”

“Great location, close to the park entry. Grand Lake is beautiful. The apartment had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Overall this was a great rental. Very responsive host. Had a little bit of frustration with check in and some minor maintenance issues (appear to be recurring) we reported on checkout. ”

“This was one of the better vacation rental homes we’ve stayed in! The house is very well appointed and comfortable and we settled right in for a long weekend. The kitchen has everything needed to easily cook meals. The living room is cozy. The beds are soft. It’s pet friendly but doesn’t smell like dogs which was awesome! It’s very close to a marina to rent boats and explore the lakes. The drive into Grand Lake Village is quick, and what a fun place to walk around! The weather was quite……

“This property was a great fairly last minute find for us. It was clean and spacious. Some of the dishes could use a little better deep clean especially the can openers. They had a lot of built up food residue. The owner was very responsive to any problems. When we arrived the couch was broken and they offered to come try to fix it the next day. I would recommend they get more hooks in the bathrooms. It was hard to find somewhere to hang all our towels since there was nine of us. The location was……
