“The only thing that we didn’t like was the smoke detector kept blinking throughout the night. Nothing that we could do. Also the snow to get into our rooms was very slippery. They could’ve add some salt around the property. ”

“We stayed in Grand Lake to attend a wedding for our daughter.Beautiful scenery with the snow and mountains in back ground.”

“We had a great stay and loved the house, so thank you! We just wanted you to know a few things, maybe for the cleaning crew for the next time:-The coffee pot had a filter that had been left there, so there was mold growing in it-There were no dishwashing pods so we were unable to run the dishwasher -The toilets had a hard time flushing, the one downstairs was backed up and overflowed. We cleaned it up with cleaning spray you had there-The hand soap in the upstairs bathroom was completely……

“We had a nice day at the cabin overall. It was a beautiful landscape for Christmas. Short drive to town and the tubing hill. Host was very responsive. We would have liked to see more kitchen supplies. ”

“The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. Kitchen had everything we needed. The fireplace was nice in the evenings. I would say the beds were too hard for us. But The best part was definitely the patio with the view! ”

“Unit was re-modeled except for the bathrooms. Itwas like they quit updating when it came to the baths, still from 1970. Full bath tub had mold growing in it with very, very old fixtures. Was also asked to clean the grill spotless if we used it, of which we did not use.Unit was on the ground floor and you could here the neighbors upstairs conversations and walking around. Plus side, it have a nice view from deck if you could ignore the conversations above you.”

“My 4 friends and I rented this property for our annual girls' weekend and it was fabulous! The home is well-maintained, comfortable and walking distance to shopping, bars and restaurants. I highly recommend! ”

“Wonderful place. Excellent location. I have stayed in a number of places in and around GL and this was my favorite. The rigidity of the check in time was a bit disapointing. Also, this listing is somewhat deceiving because the extra fees added are significant. It would be better it the base price more accuratel reflected the true cost.”

“Our stay on the ground floor was perfect for us having a toddler who always wanted to go outside and play with the bocce balls and bubbles in the yard. Conveniently located near everything we could possibly need or want to see. Everyone we met, whether local or visiting, were incredibly nice and welcoming. The condo was incredibly comfortable and extremely well equipped to host us. We would stay again in a heart beat!”

“Check in was great, location was good. Condo was nice, when we checked the bed on the lower we found bugs, we called guest services and all the bedding was replaced in the unit.”

“This is a very nice and quiet location at the end of the road, near to Columbine lake and a short drive to Grand Lake and the Golf Course. Kids loved the upstairs loft area and bedroom and downstairs bedroom was very comfortable. ”
