“This is a clean well maintained hotel close to key places like the local arena, where they have concerts, wrestling shows, junior hockey games, and a 15 minute walk or short cab from the VIA rail station. It is next door to a homeless shelter which might bother some, but I didn't have any issues. I would stay here again if I was going to a show.”

“I almost lost my bag. In the end my coat was stranded at the hotel. I chose not to have my coat because I had a flight to catch. The service staff changed a few times, but none of them satisfied me. They were either very anxious or seemed to want to sleep. They almost left my driver's license in his copier and almost prevented me from boarding the plane. It's horrific, kind of unbelievable. “The hotel room is gigantic and has many industrial finishes (the entire hotel is built in an old Duluth warehouse, right in the heart of the waterfront plaza full of eating, breweries and night life! Hotel parking lot was full of cars that did not have parking permits, probably going to get towed however we had to wait around to get a spot. Receptionist was super friendly and pleasant. Lots of patrons were staying because of weekend weddings, so mixed clientele of families and couples.”

“Too many hiding fees, no fee list transparency and they don’t clearly show it to people before you book it. Parking fee, ( more expensive than public parking) deposit fee for nothing, and even clean fee after you check out. Very stupid rule and terrible service. Stupid check in and out time so DO NOT come here. ”

“I always pick this hotel while staying in Traverse City. The staff are very friendly and outgoing. Easy parking (two handicap spots). Bathrooms have soap and shampoo available for guests. The only negative that ai have is the toilet is low to the ground and makes it challenging for those with medical needs. Room was very clean and bedding was clean. ”
