“I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. The house is a few minutes away from the beach. It is a duplex, but we never had an issue with the neighbors. The only bathroom is on the top level and up a flight of steep steps. It may not good for elderly people or people……

“View and location are great to the beach and short walk to downtown. Owners have definitely made upgrades and improvements. We enjoyed the space and amenities (beach chairs and full kitchen). Pool looked nice. Owner has detailed instructions and checks in. Check in and access are easy. ”

“The condo was great. I can tell the owner was thoughtful of her guests who stay there. The view of the lake was amazing. It was so relaxing with the windows open and hearing the waves. Having the pool and private beach was the best. The first two days we were there was super hot and the air conditioner struggled a bit. Thankfully the weather cooled a bit. I had reached out to the owner and she was very responsive. I think it was just hot and that beautiful evening sun shines in. Only negative……

“Wonderful... Just far enough out to be away from all the cluster and craze but just close enough to enjoy it ALL. The unit was as described, the property great to be at. My wife, teen daughter and 2 dogs could not have asked for a better stay... looking forward to booking again. Mr & Mrs Piechowski were wonderful hosts, exceptionally fast in response time, had the unit cleaned and overly stocked with supplies (you name it, it most likely was in the unit there for you).
