“The environment was fine, although it was quite far from Animal Kingdom, but the hotel service was poor. We checked in on Friday night and thought it was okay, so we planned to stay for another night. I tried to book an additional night through Expedia, thinking I was reserving for Saturday check-in and Sunday check-out. However, due to my mistake, I ended up booking Sunday check-in and Monday check-out. Our return flight was already scheduled for Sunday, so I immediately spoke with the manager……

“We came for two nights to spend time with family. Room was smaller than average. Advertised as an “extended stay suites” it did not have any basic amenities such as hangers, iron, blow dryer, coffee pot. The hotel also had a very strong oder of marijuana both inside and outside even though it was advertised as a no smoking hotel. ”

“INCREDIBLE!!!! We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, we had fantastic views, easy parking and everyone was lovely. The only sad part is that we didn’t stay longer to enjoy the events and all of the amenities. Already planning a trip back. Disney was 10 minute drive. ”
