“Should have been more towels and soap for 3 adults over 2 nights. We had to go to the desk to request extra. Additionally, our room keys had to be reprogramed after the first night even though the reservation was for 2 nights.”

“The gentleman who checked me in was very nice . I'm not able to walk up stairs due to a disability and he made sure I got a room on the bottom floor. This is the second time I've stayed at this location and both times I've been very happy with my stay. I didn't use the pool this time but everything else was fine. I travel to Knoxville from time to time to visit my son at the college, and it's nice to know there's a place that I can rely on that's on the area. I will be back again for sure. Thank……
