“I only paid 1/2 price for this as I had hotels.com credits to use, so I paid £65 instead of £130 as advertised. The staff were rude and often wouldn't acknowledge your presence for a long while. They were helpful when they did acknowledge you. The room itself was comfy, the bed especially, very soft. The bathroom was clean, although I did find a hair in the bathtub.
