“The central air conditioning in the room is broken, and they placed a portable air conditioner, but it’s also faulty. When turned on, it makes such a loud noise that it’s impossible to sleep. The front desk staff were very arrogant, claiming it was our problem and that no one had complained before. That’s because the weather in New York has gotten cold recently, and that’s why we needed to use the air conditioner. They assumed it was the guest’s problem without even understanding the issue. This……

“The hotel staff provided excellent service, but the rooms were disappointingly small with very basic amenities. The most significant drawback was the poor sound insulation. Street noise at night, combined with noisy air conditioning, made it difficult to sleep.”

“Nice little hotel on the 23rd street here in NYC. The rooms are a bit small but for one night that's ok. Showers are in separate rooms on floor which can make it tough to shower if both happens to be taken. Other than that, I really liked my stay.”
