“The location near the Oakland Airport was excellent for the price. It was easy to get to and return my rental car in the morning. Some amenities like shampoo were lacking. There were no places to eat nearby. The desk attendant had other things to do and was not always there. I was concerned to find a rock wedged under one of the outside entry doors apparently to keep the door open. But overall I was happy with my one night stay at Extended Stay Oakland Airport.”

“很好的地理环境，舒适的房间、清洁卫生，酒店还带小泳池，早餐很丰富，水果、果汁、咖啡、牛奶，附近就有一个大超市，经常打折。酒店员工很友好，旅游休闲住宿很值得！”

“Due to our train delay of 8 hours, we checked in at 12:30 am. The room washbasin is dirty and the toilet is not clean, there are paper towels in the toilet. So I went to the front desk and was required to change to another room. I need to package again and move to the third floor. The room is too small and doesn’t have a microwave and refrigerator. It’s not worth $100 at all. But the location is good, near to Jack London Square Amtrak station.”

“酒店是汽車旅館，有很多不是住客坐在樓梯及轉角，還有人睡在走廊地上，房間非常不隔音，隔壁由晚上到早上7點都很嘈，有人不停拍門，很多人在同一個房間出入，廁所有小強及蟲在地上，床鋪很舊令身體敏感痕癢....唯一是在小區內比較便宜，不適合單獨或女性入住！”
