“I felt very safe staying at this hotel. No complaints at all - just wish I would have had more time to enjoy the pool and hot tub - both looked amazing!”

“The suite had a faulty fan in between the bedrooms but otherwise the inside of the building was nice. The outside area is in a neighborhood that seems a little run down but inside was nice and staff friendly.”

“It would be nice to have a Picnic table and chairs by the water fountain. They need to tell the guest that you can’t smoke in the courtyard rather than the staff telling them when they see them.”

“Historic property in a great location. Large comfortable room. Reception was friendly and helpful. Thought the prices were comparable to others in the area. We could walk everywhere we wanted to in St. Pete and boy did we walk. My only criticism would be there was no breakfast available. The hotel had 3 floors and no elevator which I could see as problematic for some guests. We would consider staying here again.”

“Clean property, comfortable beds. Good variety for breakfast, but I expected a bit more options. For example, no dairy-free milk, no non-flavored coffee creamer. Overall, we were still able to have a decent breakfast, and I appreciated that coffee is offered all day. The rooms aren't too soundproof; we could clearly hear the TV next door. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed. Very friendly staff.”
