“We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. Now this app won’t give me a refund as if I just chose not to stay there instead of being turned away. I had to book another stay and walk across……

“Just a bit noisy at night because our room was on streat side. But overall it was very nice and everyone that worked there was friendly. Centerally located also. ”

“The host is awesome. Waking up early at 4am to help me store my luggage and prepare a takeaway breakfast for me for my Machu Picchu tirp! Really appreciate that!”

“Overall, good stay. Not really what I expected but it was nice. The breakfast was nothing to really talk about. If you’re gonna make it really worth it make sure to but your own food and be sure to take soap and washcloths. The lady was very helpful and friendly bless her. ”
