“Very spacious room. We were traveling as a family of 5 and were very worked up that we were comfortably accommodated. The room consisted of two rooms, there were two TVs, two double beds and a comfortable sofa bed. The breakfast was quite good: yogurt, waffles, omelet, etc.”

“Very convenient to downtown Manitou Springs. Friendly staff. Motel is a bit aged, but clean and pretty quiet considering how close we were to town. Rooms are nice size. A/C works well. ”

“Zero frills not even an ice machine. Front desk said there are ice trays in the fridge/freezer. Twenty cubes in 6 hours, wow. Hard to find entrance (only the address above the door) which was down steps. We got several pages of paperwork and signed 5! times. Ridiculous ”
