“I enjoyed every aspect of my visit and the hotel stay I only had ..one disappointment.. the towels.. The towels should be sent out to a cleaning service to be cleaned. We depend on the white clean and fluffy towels.”

“the hotel was so nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The best bed and pillows ever! the temperature was great too, we love it cold and it was accomplished in the room! the shower was kind of weird, having to put your hand through the window to turn on the shower. also the shower head was way too high for us short people to reach! will definitely stay there again when in cincy for the night!”
