“Only had one bath towel. Had to request more”

“Perfect stay. Staff was amazing, room was clean and stylish.”

“It is situated in an area not particularly safe (just a feeling). But the worst part is the hotel is old and not as clean as it is advertised. Feeling the bedsheet has been reused for number of times that it starts to worn out. Found a little spider around my luggage. A flashing light bulb that requires a repairment in which they sorted it out the next day. Overall a disappointed stay.”

“I have stayed here before and it never disappoints! Great staff great location for my needs, with lots of stuff in the area. Don’t like their breakfast? Many options within walking distance. My place to stay in Kingwood/Porter area.”

“Excellent customer service and very kind staff. A little frustrating that the shuttle service only runs until 11pm, which is something to note for those traveling with late arrivals closer to midnight. Other than that, it's a great value for what it is and the beds are comfy. Will stay again.”

“Everything is great! Cozy and clean room, friendly front desk staffs and housekeepers. Free parking. A bit bad access to Wi-Fi for the first-time log-in. Unclear road sign as well as bad google map direction, it's better to drive in by Northgate crossing Blvd., instead of Hardy Fwy. because the entrance will be closed if road tree trimming, but there are no notice sign ahead.”
