“The hotel is on Mentor Avenue, which is very busy. The hotel is quiet and clean, and the staff were friendly. While hotel coffee is seldom great, this coffee was sub-standard. I took a 5-minute walk to get a decent cup in the morning. The hotel breakfast isn't great -- the pastries tasted stale. At the in-house restaurant, I ordered a salad. When served, it was missing most of the ingredents but they did not offer me a reduced prices. So, the hotel is decent, but the coffee and food are sub-par.……

“It was a nice stay. The room was clean. I stayed in a bottom floor king room which was nice and convenient. The only issue I had was the shower curtain was very dirty which isn't a huge deal for me. Everything else was clean. It was a comfortable stay for the price it was. The heater worked like no other. It got very hot in the room so I switched to A.C and that worked very well too. I would stay here again. I did enjoy my stay very much. I appreciate the housekeeping lady. She was very nice……

“Check in was very easy and quick. The room was clean. I was surprised there was a refrigerator. Night was quiet. Only downfall, eventually to be a good thing, is they are doing some remodeling which creates some noise. Not severe and makes the hotel look not so good because of the remodeling. Overall very pleased with my stay. ”

“Rooms are super nice and have smart TVs in them as well as a mirror with a built in light. Black out curtains worked perfectly. I've been to many hotels/motels and this is the first I've been to that had the tv mounted on the wall and allowed it to be pulled out for east access to the HDMI ports as well as let me adjust the tilt of the tv. Breakfast didn't have a waffle maker but had everything else you'd expect. I would definitely return to this hotel next time I'm in the area for a concert.”
