“I waited one and a half hours in the evening at the airport for Quality Hotel's airport shuttle bus !! It was because there was no display of the Quality Hotel logo or name on the side of the airport shuttle bus. Instead, the airport shuttle bus displayed the logo of "Radisson" hotel only !!!! When I told this problem to the reception of Quality Hotel, their response was they didn't care and said that it's the problem of airport shuttle bus.... Can't believe it !! ”

“Basically it's a great experience for my travel. The location is perfect if you have planned to go to Capilano Suspension Bridge or nearby attractions such as Capilano River Hatchery. And it's convenient for reaching South Vancouver downtown (~ 15 mins).”

“Not the hotel we were expecting from the pictures on the website but the beds were comfortable, the price was reasonable & the staff was fantastic. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry all your luggage up the stairs. Excellent breakfast less than a block away at Yolks. ”

“Loved that my room was ready early. It’s been renovated but needs some touch ups here and there and better pillows.”

“The room was clean, it was quiet, the bed was too hard for me personally, but the pillows were great! Love that they have a keurig in the room and the continental breakfast was typical. All in all it was a good stay, and cost was good.”
