“The hotel was under renovation and it was a mess. In the early hours of the morning, there were renovation trucks pulling things, which woke me up twice. In addition, there is no central air conditioning. The sound is too loud and makes it difficult to sleep. Very bad experience.”

“Natasha was absolutely amazing at check in. We met another party and since we booked at different times on different 3rd party sites, Natasha was able to put our rooms together. She was kind and accommodating. The property was really nice and our room was perfect. The kids loved the pool and hot tubs. Just a great stay all around! We'll definitely be back! ”
