“The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.”

“Overall this facility exceeded our expectations. Firstly, everything was clean and orderly. Secondly, the employees were helpful and friendly. Lastly, we were able to bring our small dog and although pets are accepted, the facility does not have run down smell. The location is perfect with the Publix conveniently located next door. ”
