“In all, we love Aloft style, that's why we chose it this time. However, the room assigned was more convenient to those who use wheelchairs. There were a few things need to be fixed when we arrived, the staff was very friendly and helpful though.”

“My only complaint was that the mattresses on the bed was a little too hard for my comfort. Other than that the room was clean and spacious. My entire interaction with all the staff from the front desk to the kitchen/buffet staff was great. I love the security feature with the key for the elevator. Great customer service and friendly warm interactions. Most likely to stay again. ”

“The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.”
