“Just returned from a fantastic holiday and stay at the Barrymore hotel .Location is excellent for everything along the Tampa riverwalk and easy to access if driving from the 275 freeway.Rooms where slightly dated but very clean and very spacious and the Bed was really comfortable and also a big fridge and microwave in the room is a bonus which came in handy for us as we stayed for 11 nights .We had a room with a view overlooking the river which was amazing .The pool was very good but the pool……

“Stay was okay. Attached to a bar and the music and patrons could be loud. It’s more a “quaint” and “historic” kind of vibe. It’s older and not very updated. Takes a while for the rooms to cool down. Is in a good location and had a cool view. Elevator was broken. ”

“The hotel was nice and modern. The lobby was nice. Staff was welcoming. Idk how many people man the front desk but I’ve called a couple times and no one answered. Too modern design that they don’t have ample space to hang clothes or even drawers to keep anything. We were there for 4 days and our clothes lived inside the suitcase or spread out the ledge/couch? below the TV. The bed was nice but too low.
