“The hotel was slightly above average only because the staff I interacted with were all amazingly friendly, accommodating, knowledgable, and helpful. That's where the "qvove average" ends. Issues: 1) As Hotels.com usually does feom my experience - they screwed up the reservation. I was traveling with a friend, requiring two queen beds, and this is what I booked thru Hotels.com. “Very clean hotel eith a fantastic price. Nothing was bad about the stay but i feel that this is geared more for the single traveler and not a family. The vibe is very minimalistic and clean. Breakfast was just enough to get by, but nothing that would wow you. The area around was safe but most of tje night emergency vehicles were sounding. Even though no major issues, likely would not stay again.”

“This La Quinta is fantastic! So clean, staff was great, breakfast was good (and the staff person running it was helpful and friendly), super clean rooms and public areas. The pool and hot tub looked great, just wish we would have had time to use them. (Check out Tie & Timber Beer Co. and the good restaurants in the Rountree neighborhood, too - about 15 mins away.)Thanks so much!”

“This hotel was central for everything we were doing in Springfield. It was a good sized comfortable room which was quiet. We parked right by our entrance and i loved that there was an elevator and easy to find stairs. We will stay here again next trip.”

“Check in and check out were great. Fast and easy. Our room was clean and ready. We did have a couple issues with housekeeping. We had a 4 night stay. Our bed was only made once. We got clean towels every day but they forgot a bath mat. Also we ran out of kleenex. I took the box out and sat it on the counter so they would see it was empty. No kleenex at all. The box sat there for 3 days. Other than those few issues, our stay was pretty good. Breakfast was good also.”
