“The hotel was great for a staycation. The amenities are nice and the hotel is comfy and clean! The staff is so super friendly and helpful! Deja helped me in get checked in. “First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional.
