“The hotel is beautiful. The ladies at the front counter are friendly, cheerful, & helpful. The room was clean. My only issue is we booked a room for 3 people & we only had towels for 2. We went to the front counter & the staff was very apologetic but said they were completely out of towels due to hotel being fully booked. She gave us extra hand towels in hopes we could make them work all while continuing to apologize. It was hard to be upset because we could tell she was sincere. ”

“We absolutely LOVED our stay at this remodeled, trendy, convenient property with great amenities. We stayed in a King Suite and was awesome! We are already looking into shower upgrade options at home to match the fantastic spa like feel the shower had. The bed was hands down, one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. We enjoyed the pool basically to ourselves all weekend. We took in 2 Reds games and it's only 6 blocks straight down. We avoided driving, parking garages and were at The……
