“The AC unit was not working properly every time it would turn itself off it would make a huge thump this happened every 15 minutes. It was hard for us to sleep thru thr night”

“Lovely hotel, very quiet, comfortable beds. I was looking forward to the pool- it was closed. And the parking garage elevator broke after our 1st night. Very inconvenient with my mobility. They should have offered a parking refund or discount when this happened.”
